Here are some important pieces of information regarding your schedule for this event:
If you haven’t already done so, please register on this site (Sched) using your NCSSM email address and full name. Otherwise, just sign back in.
After registering, please select a 1pm programming session. These are first-come, first-served, so sign up ASAP to get your first choice. You needn’t sign up for anything else (e.g. your class, curfew); we know where you’ll be for those.
Hovering over or clicking through a class or programming session will tell you in which room it meets and a general description of how to get there. Of course, you can always ask for directions at the Bryan lobby desk.
Note that for those students staying over on Friday night, we ask you to arrive at the NCSSM main Bryan Lobby between 6-8pm. Please contact us if you require alternative accommodations. For those students arriving on Saturday morning, we ask you to register in the Bryan Lobby between 8:30-9:15am.
Finally, and this is CRUCIAL: PLEASE SIGN-OUT in the Bryan Lobby when departing at 4:30pm. If you fail to properly sign-out, we will have to call you and your family to confirm you have departed, and this may impact your ability to attend further Online Weekends.
